Registrations Steps:

Step 1: Complete Participant Registration Form below. Note; after you hit submit you will need to scroll down to enter your payment info. If you prefer to register
            by mail with check or credit card please print and mail us the registration form. (click here)

Step 2: Enter your payment info at the bottom right hand corner of the page via Paypal (you do not to have a Paypal account to enter your credit card info).

Step 3: Within 24 hours you will receive an email confirmation from carrie@sliceofheavenspa.com. The email is your entry ticket to the event. Please print the
             email and bring it with you along with your photo I.D. The Subject line will read: "your name - WWSR Entry Ticket - Registration Complete".

            &Note: If you do not get an email response from us within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If you still do find it please assume there was a
              technical error and give us a call so we can provide you with excellent customer service.

Cost: $250 indivudual ticket, table of 10 receives a $100 discount.

Note: Nonrefundable, tickets are trasferable up to 2 days before the event. The deadline is September 10, 2014 by 5pm. For transfers or any other questions about registration, or assistance with any registration problems, please contact us at carrie@sliceofheavenspa.com
